Here at Emmanuel, we love Jesus, and we want to help our families teach their kids to love Jesus, too! So, our mission is to glorify God by teaching the Gospel and making disciples who are Submitted to His Lordship, Grounded in His Word, and Sincere in His Love.
At Ekidz we go through the whole Bible, using the Gospel Project Curriculum for all ages (nursery to adult). Our parents can then build upon those lessons at home with resources that spark discussion, teaching, and worship. Visit the Gospel Project website here to find out more.
Our hope is that at Emmanuel, your kids have a blast learning about Jesus, you are supported as parents, and you have received some extra resources to help you in discipleship throughout the week!

Meet the Team
Gloria Shaw Ojeda
Children's Ministry Director
"At Emmanuel's EKidz, we desire to help children from newborn to 5th grade to grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ (2 Peter 3:18). We do that through Teaching them the Word, Caring for them in our classes, and Protecting them as they come to our ministries. It is a great privilege and joy to serve the families at our church!"

"Seeing these children come to know the Lord is something that fills my heart with joy. Emmanuel puts a big emphasis on their children, and being able to be a part of that puts a smile on my face. I LOVE MY BABIES!"

Check in and Check out
Kids are electronically checked in and receive a name tag, and parents get a corresponding security tag. A parent or guardian must drop their kids off. After the service, kids will only be released to the individual who has the correct security tag.
Parents of babies to preschoolers also receive a buzzer that allows the teachers to call parents if needed.

Building security
The children's wing has one entrance, and a security team member present at that point. The classrooms are in a hallway, and each one has windows that allow you to see inside the class.
Once the main service begins, the main entrance doors to the EKidz wing are closed, and only parents picking children up can enter.
